KatyKeto Fasting Protocol

The KatyKeto Fasting Protocol makes Intermittent Fasting and staying Keto simple.

Morning

Start your day with Matcha Latte. If you have a coffee habit drink this in the morning too but skip the milk and sugar, use some cream or nut milk instead. If you get hungry during the morning have another serving of Matcha Latte.


Also, find some light exercise to do during this time of day, just a walk around the park is enough.

Noon

Break your morning fast with our Shake and/or a light lunch. See our Keto recipes and formulas for simple, quick and tasty ideas. 


If you take a daily multivitamin and other supplements, now is a good time to take them

Evening

Dinner will be the biggest meal of the day. Once again see our meal recipes and formulas for great ideas. Aim to finish dinner by 8pm so you have a nice fasting period between this meal and beginning to eat the next day.

Bed Time

Aim to get to bed by 10pm. Turn off screens by 9pm to begin to unwind and ween your brain off of blue light. If you need a distraction try a podcast, or audiobook. 


Also very important not to sleep next to your phone. If you need it in your bedroom to hear your alarm, put it as far away from your bed as possible and ideally on airplane mode. This will help you get a better night's rest and feel clear and bright when you wake up.
